The extension ordered by the decree is structured as follows: •
from today 1st October 2010 Sistri is operational, which means that those in possession of electronic devices, must start using them;
• the period within which to complete the procedures for withdrawal of electronic devices has been extended from September 12 to November 30 2010 (Annex IA, paragraph 5, Dm December 17, 2009);
• the deadline until which continue to use the forms and records of loading and unloading, together with Sistri, was extended from 1 November to 31 December 2010 so for companies and their employees can verify the full functionality of the system.
