After the posts published on Sistri we feel we need to clarify the legal position on the subject of law sustainable.
We believe that the sistrum was to be set.
We believe that such an instrument is necessary and that the traceability of waste is an issue that needs to find a legal framework to become an instrument of prevention and control of certain environmental crimes.
The problem is not the system itself, this is not questioning the instrument.
Criticality is to be detected in standard in its formulation and the whole set of legislation which, unfortunately, as too often happens, does not fit.
Our laws do not fit ... just think of a puzzle in which the various pieces while agreeing in shape to dial, do not coincide in the contours.
The substance can be seen, but the law is looming move on different levels of sorting, creating uncertainty and making us fall into an unsustainable system ...
departure must be the standard for sustainability!
